1. About us
biohackprotocols.co.uk is operated by Biohack Protocols, a trading name of Arche Kafficho Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC885018). 2. These terms
These terms apply to every order placed on our website. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

3. Our products
Our products are wellness and relaxation products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Read the instructions and safety information supplied with each product before use. Speak to a doctor before use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, are photosensitive or have a medical condition. Product images are for illustration; packaging and minor details may vary.

4. Placing an order
When you place an order you'll receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If so, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.

5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. UK delivery is free. Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If we discover an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in Great Britain. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days and most arrive within 3–7 working days of ordering. Items in a kit may arrive in separate parcels. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; if your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us and we'll refund or replace it. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

7. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. We also offer an extended 30-day returns period. To cancel or return, email support@biohackprotocols.co.uk with your order number before sending anything back. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, items worn against the skin or face (such as eye massagers and wrap belts) can only be returned unused and in their original packaging. You pay the cost of returning items unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

8. Faulty or damaged items
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us with your order number and a photo and we'll offer a repair, replacement or refund as the law requires, including return postage.

9. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss caused by using a product other than in line with its instructions and safety information. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. We supply products for domestic and private use only.

10. Reviews and content
Reviews submitted on our website must be genuine and based on your own experience. We publish genuine customer reviews only and do not pay for or invent reviews.

11. Privacy
We use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption or severe weather. We'll contact you if this happens and you may cancel for a full refund.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

14. Complaints and law
If you have a complaint, email support@biohackprotocols.co.uk and we'll reply within 2 working days. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in the courts of your home nation.
